Henry is a Risk and Compliance Executive with over 20 years’ of experience with a focus on non-financial risk in both private and public sectors, including retail, investment, corporate and private banking, together with Regtech and digital finance sector. He has been working on various regional and local roles including MLRO, MIC of SFC and S72b Manager of HKMA for different financial institutions. Henry is also lecturing in the Department of Laws of The University of HK for its LLM classes.

Currently a Compliance and AML advisor for asset tokenization projects. He previously managed the AML function for one of the top virtual assets exchanges and was Head of Compliance for another Virtual Assets OTC trading platform in HK and SG. Prior to entering the virtual assets industry, he has extensive AML experience across the region with one of the US Multinational Banks in Hong Kong.

Terence brings 17+ years of global marketing leadership - including roles at two of the world’s top financial services associations, serving as APAC Marketing Head at ACAMS and Division Head at HKSI Institute.

He has driven enterprise-wide strategies, digital transformation, and brand positioning across the Financial Services and FinTech sectors. Since 2017, Terence has been at the forefront of Web 3.0 and tokenized assets, bridging traditional finance with emerging technologies and solidifying his reputation as a global visionary in financial marketing.

Gilbert Ng is one of the few lawyers in Asia who has been 100% devoted to the crypto industry since 2017. He was the head of legal at the two largest crypto exchanges / blockchain conglomerate in Asia, with a wide spectrum of experiences in crypto regulatory matters, merger and acquisitions, licensing and government relations.

Gilbert is also a venture capitalist and a partner to a venture capital / private equity firm focusing on early stage crypto projects.

Winston is a founder of a recruitment firm called Tokalent, which focuses 100% on the Web3.0 industry and serves many regulated virtual asset companies. He has 15 years of recruitment, fundraising, M&A, and consulting experience dealing with Web3.0, fintech, and financial services clients, having previously worked at Standard Chartered, KPMG, and Accenture. Prior to Tokalent, he also worked at a digital assets advisory firm called GDA Capital.

Raymond Chan is now a Vice President of Crypto.com, a global crypto exchange that is granted a “deemed” licence by the SFC.

He is the ex-CEO & Director of both Metaverse Securities, an online securities broker, and iFund, an online fund platform, two subsidiaries of 9F Inc., a Chinese fintech group listed on the NASDAQ, and the OMO/RO who holds Type 1,2,4,5,9 SFC license with virtual assets uplifted.
